Cookie policy
Incidra is run by Progresso ICT. This page explains which cookies we use on incidra.com and in the dashboard at dashboard.incidra.com, and why. Status pages that our customers host with Incidra set no analytics or marketing cookies at all.
Your choice
The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of this site, or in the account menu of the dashboard. If you withdraw consent, we also remove the cookies those tags already set.
Until you agree, Google's tags run in "consent mode": they set no cookies and only send signals without identifiers, and ad click identifiers are redacted.

These are needed for the site and dashboard to work and can't be turned off.

Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which of our ads lead to a free trial or a paid subscription. We don't use these cookies to show you personalised ads on other sites.

When you sign up or subscribe after clicking one of our ads, we may also send your email address to Google as a SHA-256 hash ("enhanced conversions"), so Google can match the conversion to the ad click. The address is hashed in your browser before it is sent, and we only do this when you have accepted marketing cookies.
